Why Digital Wellness?

Digital wellness is a term used for understanding how we can use technology in a balanced way - a way that improves our lives rather than making life more difficult or complicated.

Some signs of poor digital wellness include:

  • Excessive gaming or technology use

  • Lack of enjoyment during or after using an electronic device

  • Feeling trapped in “mindless” or “doom” scrolling

  • Using technology at the expense of engaging in other important things in your life.

Take a look at our resources below! We have resources for families and individuals. If you want more support to increase your digital wellness and create a better relationship with technology, we also have specialists who can help. Check out our team or schedule a consultation.
